Certificate for email server not trusted.

Since I got 14.5 I get a daily reminder that I cannot trust my personal email certificate. Prior to this version , I could click on trust this certificate. That is not an option now . Where can I tell IOS to trust the cert?

These two articles are not in synch with IOS 14.5 I reinstalled both mail accounts and I was asked during setup if I trusted the account. But iff you click through too fast, you do not get the pop-up asking about trust. Go slowly through the prompts.

Under the trusted root certificates, you can no longer trust anything, only see what is available. 14.5 evidently made my old trusted certs invalid.
